These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of electronation.pk and your purchase of products from ElectroNation Pakistan.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business-purchasing purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website.

• Introduce malware, harmful code, or automated attacks.

• Use false customer, delivery, or payment information.

• Place fraudulent orders.

• Copy or commercially reuse website content without authorization.

• Use the website in violation of applicable law.

We may restrict access, suspend accounts, or cancel orders where fraud, abuse, security threats, or prohibited activity is reasonably suspected.

2. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

• Keeping your email address, phone number, and delivery information updated.

• All activity performed through your account.

Please notify ElectroNation Pakistan immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, descriptions, specifications, images, prices, compatibility information, and stock status.

However:

• Product colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, manufacturing batches, or supplier updates.

• Packaging or minor design details may change without affecting the main function of the product.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing technical specifications and compatibility before ordering.

• Typographical, pricing, stock, or technical-description errors may occasionally occur.

If a material error affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate available resolution.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are listed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Prices, discounts, delivery charges, and promotions may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout will normally apply to the order, except where there is an obvious pricing or system error.

If an incorrect price is displayed because of a technical or human error, we may contact the customer before processing the order.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

An order is accepted after it has been reviewed and confirmed for processing. ElectroNation Pakistan may refuse or cancel an order because of:

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Delivery limitations

• Incomplete or incorrect customer details

• Suspected fraud or misuse

• Payment failure

• Technical or inventory errors

• Quantity restrictions

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

6. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. An item may become unavailable even after an order has been submitted.

Where possible, we will notify the customer and offer an available replacement, revised fulfilment date, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

7. Payments

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout or communicated during order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be verified.

Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms, security procedures, and privacy policies.

8. Delivery

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

• Courier delays

• Weather or road conditions

• Public holidays

• Remote delivery locations

• Incorrect customer information

• Product availability

• Events outside our reasonable control

ElectroNation Pakistan is not responsible for delays caused solely by courier operations or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we will provide reasonable assistance where possible.

Customers should inspect the parcel immediately after delivery.

9. Return, Exchange and Refunds

Return, exchange, and refund requests are governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy:

Eligible claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the parcel and must include the required evidence, including a complete unboxing video.

Customers should read the Return & Exchange Policy before placing an order.

10. Electronic Components and Installation

Electronic components can be damaged by incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, excessive voltage, short circuits, static electricity, overheating, water, unsuitable power supplies, or improper installation.

Customers are responsible for:

• Checking product voltage and current requirements

• Confirming compatibility before installation

• Following appropriate technical instructions

• Using qualified technical assistance where necessary

• Testing components safely before permanent installation

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect wiring, modification, improper installation, or unsuitable operating conditions is not treated as a manufacturing defect.

11. Warranties

A warranty applies only where it is specifically stated on the product page, invoice, packaging, or written communication from ElectroNation Pakistan.

Warranty duration and coverage may vary by product or manufacturer. Unless expressly stated, a product should not be assumed to include an additional warranty beyond rights available under applicable law.

12. Reviews and User Content

Customers may submit genuine product reviews, ratings, questions, or feedback.

You must not submit content that is:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent

• Abusive, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful

• Unrelated to the product or service

• Promotional spam

• Infringing another person’s rights

• Containing malware or harmful links

We may moderate or remove content that violates these conditions while preserving legitimate customer feedback.

13. Intellectual Property

• Third-party courier delays

• Events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, policies, technologies, or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published on this page with its latest revision date. Orders will generally be governed by the terms available when the order was placed.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled by a court or other competent authority with applicable jurisdiction.
