Customers may request a return or exchange only if they meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.

Claim Period

• All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving the parcel.
• Any request made after the 3-day claim period will not be accepted.
• Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery and report any issue without delay.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be in its original condition.
• Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, invoices, and any complimentary items.
• Not show signs of misuse, physical damage, modification, or tampering caused by the customer.

ElectroNation Pakistan reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet these conditions.

Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges may be accepted for the following reasons:

• The customer received a defective product.
• The customer received the wrong product.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
• One or more items are missing from the package.
• The product was damaged during shipping.
• Any other issue approved by ElectroNation Pakistan’s customer support team.

Mandatory Proof Required

To ensure a fair and transparent return process, valid proof is mandatory for every return or exchange request.

Customers must provide:

• A complete unboxing video showing the parcel from its sealed condition until all items are removed.
• Clear photos and videos showing the issue with the product.
• Photos of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and all received items.
• Evidence clearly showing any damage, defect, incorrect product, or missing item.

Important:

• The unboxing video must start before the parcel is opened and continue without interruption until all contents are removed.
• Claims without a complete unboxing video or sufficient supporting evidence may be rejected.
• ElectroNation Pakistan reserves the right to decline any request if the provided proof is incomplete, edited, unclear, or insufficient to verify the claim.

Return & Exchange Process

1. Contact ElectroNation Pakistan Customer Support within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
2. Share your order number along with all required photos and videos.
3. Our support team will review your request.
4. If your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
5. Do not return any product without prior approval from our support team.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method.

Refund approval is subject to successful inspection of the returned product.

Delivery Charges

• If your order has already been dispatched and you decide to return it (including change of mind, refusal to accept delivery, or any personal reason), the delivery charges are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
• If you request an exchange after the order has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for all delivery charges, including the cost of returning the original item and shipping the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

• Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or customer negligence.
• Products with missing accessories or original packaging.
• Products that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with.
• Products returned after the 3-day claim period.
• Products for which the required proof (including the complete unboxing video) is not provided.

Final Decision

ElectroNation Pakistan reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any return, exchange, or refund.

The company’s decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of any claim shall be considered final after inspection.
